CHALLENGE Verizon Wireless is ever changing their technology, but their CRM communication was seriously falling outdated and falling short. Not only did the current CRM templates isolate the market but it needed a complete visual and messaging overhaul.
GROWTH Together with my writing partner David Reed, we led the very large CRM team at moxie to think differently about campaign reach. Big, Bold imagery and short but sweet headlines helped drive customer retention while at the same time garnering a growth of over 500% over an 8 month period. Once we saw what worked and didn’t work, I took the lead on creating the identity subset of VZW Digital CRM Programs.
