CHALLENGE Smart phones are delicate, right? The perception amongst most people is that if they have a demanding lifestyle, they are doomed to destroy their phone in one way or another so why bother upgrading? My team was tasked to educate current and existing customers that there is a device that can stand up to the tough things in life.
GROWTH It’s one thing to “say” a product can stand up to the tough stuff, it’s yet another to actually prove it. We shot a hand-full of broadcast and digital videos that did just that. We not only showed the world what our phone can do, but we extended our social campaign by asking people to show their own torture tests for a chance to be featured in our campaign.
